Refund eligibility
Refund requests may be considered when a customer contacts us within a reasonable review period and the product is unused, complete, and eligible for return under the applicable purchase terms.
Non-refundable cases
Activated data plans, used devices, missing accessories, damaged products, completed setup services, custom kits, shipping fees, and services already delivered may not qualify for a refund.
How to request a refund
Send a request through the Contact page with your name, payment email, product or plan, order date, and reason for the request.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically submitted to the payment provider within 5 to 10 business days. The final posting time depends on the provider and payment method.
